This highly figured Ambrosia Maple Salad Bowl by David Yeatts is quite an eye-catcher. Believe it or not, this bowl is the creation of two Woodworkers. The first woodworker has six legs and is known as the Ambrosia Beetle. This small beetle bores tunnels into the wood leaving cream colored with greenish blue mineral streaks with worm holes and some black striping. These streaks add a unique look to this hardwood. The second woodworker has two legs and is known as David Yeatts. His magnificent wooden bowl is a fine example of art that is functional. It measures 14-3/4 inches in width, 5 inches deep with thickness of the wood being 1/2 inch. Click here to view all available Salad Bowls...
