These rather large Natural
Edge Salad Bowls were turned
on a custom made lathe by
Spencer Peterman. They are
as close to nature as you will
ever be. Each bowl was kiln-
dried to a 6% moisture
content which stabilizes the
wood to prevent future
cracking and
checking.
