Michael Fisher created his first
Secret Box when he was 16
years old. Fashioned from
wood with a sliding dovetail
lid, the box was a gift for a
sweetheart and secretly held
a love note inside. While
Heartwood Creations has
grown and new products have
been created, the “Secret
Box” remains their
trademark. Each box is made
from the heart. The mark that
signifies their care and love of
woodworking is the little heart
that you see on the bottom of
every Secret Box.
