Shipping Time: We will contact you by email or by telephone to verify your order and confirm date of shipment. You will be offered various shipping options during the checkout process. We usually ship within 2-5 business days; however, allow 1-4 weeks shipping time for certain items.

NC Sales Tax: All NC residents or orders which have a North Carolina billing address will automatically be charged NC Sales Tax (7.75%) on the total order in accordance with NC State Law.

Free Shipping: Free shipping on most orders over $100.00 (not to exceed 20 pounds and not to include floral arrangements, mirrors, furniture pieces and products already on special). You may also split your order; in other words, place two separate orders for multiple items which have exceeded the free shipping weight.

Damages: Each shipment is insured against freight damage. Though damages and losses are few and far between, accidents do happen. Here are some simple steps to follow in the event of a freight mishap. Damages, shortages, or defective items, must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of your order. We will then send a call tag or advise you of the next step. In these cases we will issue a full refund of all shipping expenses.

Exact Pieces: Our items are individually handcrafted from natural woods, therefore, wood grains, shapes and colors may vary. When placing your order, please inform us of any specific preferences you might have and we will make every effort to honor your request.

Returns: Please note that any returns must be pre-approved and you will need to contact us by email or telephone within 72 hours of receipt of your order. We do not refund shipping charges except in cases where the shipper is at fault. Any item(s) shipped free of charge will be subject to a 15% restocking fee in the event of a return.

Method of Transportation: We ship via air, ground and in some cases by sea (for larger pieces), using FEDEX, UPS or USPS as our main freight handlers.

Shipping Cost for Multiple Items: In cases where there are multiple items in one order, we will try to consolidate or package certain items together, therefore allowing you to save on shipping. The total of your final receipt will reflect this credit whenever we find it possible to pack items in this manner.

Shipping of Mirrors:  All mirrors will require a signature at the time of delivery unless otherwise specified by the customer.
