Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition and packaging to qualify.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Final Sale Items

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged Items (Shipping Issues)

If an item arrives damaged due to the fault of the shipper, we will replace the item or reimburse the cost, as appropriate.

Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Please retain all original packaging and provide photos of the damage to assist with the claim process.
Refunds
